Project Management
The bionics learning construction kit can be developed in teamwork. A team can consist of two or more people. This gives an idea of how interdisciplinary development teams work together in projects, for example in industry, in order to jointly develop a product. However, if you are less than four people in a team, one or more team members can take on an additional role. This can be decided individually according to the situation.
As soon as the team is formed, common goals have to be defined. Only then can everyone work efficiently towards the same goal. The following questions should be asked in the team first.
Ask these questions in your team:
-What should the elephant be able to do?
-What do we want to learn from the real thing?

Partial goals give each individual and the whole team an overall goal to focus on and work towards. Every action of the team should be aimed at leading the project along the goals to success.
Once you have defined the goal, you can identify and assign tasks. Determine who does what, when and why.

Project plans provide a simple visual overview of a project from start to finish and lead to a higher work efficiency of the team members.
